Who we are

Icadox Solutions is an academy and a product studio in India. We teach AI to people who want to earn from it, and we build software for the businesses paying for it.

Why we built it this way

Most short courses teach a tool and stop. Most agencies take a brief and stop at delivery. Neither side teaches the other how to think, so both keep repeating the same expensive mistakes.

We put them in the same place. The learners in the classroom are also the people working on the client projects, and the client projects decide what gets taught next week. When a client needs a retrieval system and nobody on the team knows one, we learn it, and then it becomes part of the course list.

We are a teaching company. Nineteen courses, one price each, and every one of them ends with something the learner built. Earning on client work is offered to people who want it, and placement support is there for people who ask for it, but neither is the reason the courses exist.

How we work

Four rules that decide most arguments before they start.

Teach what the client needed

Every course exists because a real project needed it. When we take on new work, the course list changes too.

Publish the price

Every price is printed on the page, with the offer it is running. You should not have to talk to anybody to find out what something costs.

Ship in slices

Fortnightly demos on client work, weekly reviews on learner work. Nothing goes live without a senior engineer reading it first.

Stay after the module

The courses run for months. The relationship does not have to be. Mentorship, portfolio work and referrals are there when you ask for them.

Credentials and record

We work with colleges and universities on industrial training, internships and joint projects. Where a memorandum of understanding is in place, the terms are shared with students before they enrol, not after.

Certificates issued through Icadox can be checked on our public registry at any time using the number printed on the document.
