Ready for the interview room

The Career Readiness Program is the last mile: a handbook, live projects, a resume that works, mock interviews and a portfolio somebody would read.

₹5,999₹9,99940% off

3 months, separate from the courses

  • A written handbook, not slides
  • Two live projects with reviews
  • Resume and LinkedIn rebuilt
  • Interview preparation and mock interviews
  • Communication and group discussion
  • A full portfolio review

Seven parts

Everything in the programme is meant to be used in an interview. Anything that does not end up in the room is a page you did not need to write.

The handbook

A written book, not a set of slides, covering what to be ready on and how the hiring process actually works.

  • Written in plain language and given as a downloadable book
  • The interview formats, what each one is testing, and how they differ
  • The questions that get asked in your field, with real answers

Live projects and hands-on work

Work on a real brief with a real deadline, so that when somebody asks what you have built, there is something to point at.

  • Two live projects with briefs, deadlines and review
  • You work alongside other learners, the way a team would
  • Everything you build is reviewed and goes into your portfolio

Resume and LinkedIn

Both rewritten properly, in a language recruiters actually read, with the coursework turned into evidence.

  • Your resume rebuilt line by line around what you can do
  • A LinkedIn profile that reads like a person, not a template
  • A version you can send the same week

Interview preparation

A plan for the questions you will actually be asked, and the answers you can defend under pressure.

  • Technical and behavioural preparation, depending on the role
  • Answers written in your own words, then sharpened
  • The questions that catch people out, and why

Mock interviews

Real interviews, run properly, with a recorded review afterwards so you can hear what you actually sound like.

  • One-to-one mocks with a working interviewer
  • Recorded, with a written review of every answer
  • Repeats until the answers are yours and not the script's

Communications and GD

The round that decides a lot of interviews, and the one nobody prepares for. Practised with feedback.

  • Group discussions with a moderator and a scorecard
  • How to disagree with a group without becoming the problem
  • Presentation of your own work, in the time they give you

Portfolio review

A proper portfolio is not a folder of screenshots. It is a document that explains your decisions, and it gets reviewed properly.

  • Every project rewritten as a case with the problem and the decision
  • A written review from a mentor who has hired
  • A shareable link and a PDF for the applications that want one

The three months

3 months, part time, with a written output at the end of each month so nothing depends on remembering what somebody said.

Month one

The book and the honest gap

You read the handbook, we compare it against your portfolio, and you get a written list of what is missing and what to fix first.

Month two

Live projects and the rewrite

Two live projects with reviews. The resume and the LinkedIn profile get rebuilt while the work happens, so the evidence exists before the words do.

Month three

Mocks, discussions and the final review

Mock interviews, group discussions and the portfolio review, ending with a portfolio and a profile you would send to a company tomorrow.
